Under the guidance of the Deputy Commissioner of Amritsar, District Technical Coordinator Prince Singh has been instrumental in ensuring uninterrupted services to the people of Amritsar. His relentless efforts have enabled the doorstep delivery of 43 vital services, benefiting citizens from all walks of life. Coordinating over 41 Seva Kendras, Prince Singh has facilitated access to more than 400 Punjab government services. His work includes generating online IDs for clerks, superintendents, and officers, resolving technical faults, and monitoring service pendency to avoid public inconvenience. Since his posting in Amritsar in 2022, Prince Singh has established a remarkable reputation for his dedication. He has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of government services, making it easier for the public to avail themselves of benefits without any hurdles. His technical expertise and leadership, supported by the Deputy Commissioner, have transformed service delivery in Amritsar. His dedication has left a significant mark since his posting in Amritsar in 2022. With an impressive career that includes top ranks in competitive exams for Programmer in Punjab Mandi Board and IT Officer in Punjab Cooperative Bank, Prince Singh joined the Department of Governance Reforms & Public Grievances in 2014. His first posting was in Chandigarh, followed by Tarn Taran, Gurdaspur, and Jalandhar. Since then, he has made a lasting impact through his commitment to public service.
